The Day that Shook the Entire World

What was the most important day in the History of Mankind?

One could argue that it was the first day of the Creation of the World.

One could also say it was the 6th day when God created mankind.

However, in the Jewish tradition, although these are 2 of the most important days in world history, the pinnacle of history was reached between the time that the Lord delivered His Chosen Nation from the bondage of the Egyptians and the time that the led them through the wilderness to the Promised Land.

That special moment was at Mt. Sinai, in the Sinai desert – when God spoke to the entire Nation of Israel – not just to Moses or to the leaders – but to the entire Nation of Israel.

It was there that the eternal covenant was cemented between God and His Chosen Nation.

This short video does this momentous occurrence justice.
